Sealed Tenders are invited for sale of following two perpetually leasehold properties of The BIC Ltd. situated at Kanpur on "AS IS WHERE IS BASIS":-

Detailed specifications/tender Bid Forms and the other terms and conditions can be obtained from the Office of the Dy. Manager (Estate/PR), the BIC Ltd., 14/136, Civil Lines, Kanpur on payment of Rs.2,000/- by Demand Draft for each property in favour of "The British India Corporation Limited" payable at Kanpur  from 05.02.2007 to 26.02.2007 on any working day.  The aforesaid property can be inspected by interested bidder on any working day from 05.02.2007 to 26.02.2007 between 10 AM to 5 PM.  Sealed Tenders should reach the office of the of General Manager (Admn.), the BIC Ltd., 14/136, Civil Lines, Kanpur by 27.02.2007 upto 3.00 P.M. along with above mentioned Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft drawn on Nationalised Bank only (Tenders with Demand Drafts drawn on other than Nationalised Banks shall be considered invalid).  No bids will be considered without EMD. The tenders will be opened on the same day i.e. 27.02.2007 at 4.00 P.M. in the presence of tenderers who desire to remain present at the Board Room of the BIC Ltd., Kanpur.
